DogWatch® of the Columbia Basin
Vince Montgomery is the owner of DogWatch® of the Columbia Basin. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and having earned his Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Change Management via the University of Oklahoma, Vince recently retired from the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as an AH-1W/Z Cobra helicopter pilot. He is a combat veteran, having served in both Iraq and Afghanistan over the course of his 20+ years of active military service.
Vince holds both fixed-wing and helicopter commercial pilot certifications, in addition to being a Certified Flight Instructor. Integrity, dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are the hallmarks of Vince’s character and his approach to business. Vince stands ready to answer any of your DogWatch® questions and looks forward to exceeding your pet containment needs.

A native of the Midwest, Vince began his professional career as a Marine Officer and Naval
Aviator. Retiring from the Marine Corps in 2019, Vince enthusiastically opened a new chapter in
his professional life through employment in various aviation industry leadership roles and
establishing DogWatch® of the Columbia Basin.
While a leader in aviation for over 20 years, Vince
hopes to scale his DogWatch® business in the coming years as his sole professional focus
in pursuit of his utmost passions including pet care, training, and nutrition.
